Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return you can start a request:

-Return window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery
date.
◦ US orders: 14 days
International orders: 14 days (unless local law grants a longer period)
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all
tags, inserts, and accessories included.
- Exclusions (Final Sale):
◦ Items marked Final Sale at checkout
◦ Gift cards
◦ Items purchased during certain promotions/with discount codes (if marked as
final sale on the product page or at checkout).
- Return shipping: Van Grack does not provide prepaid return labels at this time. For your
protection, please use a carrier that offers tracking and keep your receipt.

Damaged / Defective Items & Fulfillment Errors
If you received a damaged or defective item, or believe there was a fulfillment error, contact us
within 7 days of delivery at support@vangrack.com with:
- Order number
- Item name/size
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, please allow 10–14 business days for
processing.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
◦ If that’s not possible (e.g., card expired), we’ll issue store credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If returned items are received used, worn, or missing components, we may decline the
return or issue a partial refund/store credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please:
1. Submit a return for a refund, and
2. Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures the fastest turnaround and availability.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Our fulfillment process begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change or
cancel, email support@vangrack.com as soon as possible.
- We’ll do our best to help, but changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
- If the order has already shipped, please follow the Returns process above.
